Book Habit

1 note

Just read Haruki Murakami’s Kafka on the Shore.

I was super impressed; strongly recommend a read.  It’s a little bit weird at some points.  It’s about a 15-year-old boy who runs away from home and spends his days reading and working in the library until the police come after him in conjunction with his father’s murder. Oh, and there’s this guy who can talk to cats and speaks in the third person.

And the author wrote The Wind-Up Bird Chronicle as well, which I have to say is still my personal Murakami favorite. Both are at the bookstore so you should probably come check it out, party people.
